Today, after 24+ years of running his own business, Don is retiring! What that looks like, exactly, for the hardest working man on the planet, Iโ€™m not sure!! He will indeed keep busy! It has been a fun journey, working together as a couple, and business owners. Now I look forward to a little more play time!

Hereโ€™s a little snippet of our journey. All those years of scrapbooking came in handy!

THANK YOU to all of our family, friends, community and employees that supported us!

Announcing Don Cummins' Retirement

Elite Electrical is incredibly proud, yet simultaneously saddened to announce the retirement of Don Cummins. This milestone marks the beginning and end of an incredible journey, and we are pleased to share with you the many accomplishments and impeccable leadership Don has contributed to Elite Electrical.

For over two decades Elite Electrical has worked in some exciting and diverse environments, ranging from service repairs, commercial maintenance, marina installations, and shipboard modifications. With projects spanning two continents, four countries, and twelve states, the business he began as a solo operation in 1996 has surpassed more than 22,000 work orders during Don's ownership.

Don established a reputation of excellence for Elite Electrical's Marine Service Department, working on numerous marinas throughout the Pacific Northwest and eventually embarking onto the tugboats, ships, and barges that travel along the West Coast.

Complex controls, automation, and troubleshooting are hallmarks of Elite, which developed and grew into a full division of on-board services through Don's experience and leadership. His dedication and countless hours are hard to measure but are certain to add up to a well-deserved retirement.

Don's tenacity, ingenuity, and a desire to continue learning and excelling at all endeavors have brought his efforts full circle. We are honored and privileged to carry on this legacy of providing Elite service for our customers and hope you will join us in recognizing and saying farewell to Elite Electrical's founder and owner of 24 years!
